Abstract
|
|
|
The electrophoretic patterns of Protein in normal rabbit sera have reported from seveal laboratories, but few concerned with the lipoprotein and mucoprotein simultaileously. This paper reports the mean patterns of protein, lipoprotein, and mucoprotein in normal rabbit sera obtaiaed by means of Spinco Model R Paper-electrophoresis System fellowing are the results ;
1) Paper-electrophoretic pattern of serum protein; Albumin 68.9±3.7%, α_(1)-globulin 6.2±1.5%, α_(2)-globulin 5.7±1.8%, β-globulin 9,4±1 9, r-globulin 11 1±3.3 and A/G ratio 2.2±0.4.
2) Paper-electrophoretic pattern of serum lipoprotein ;β-lipoprotein 53.2±=±.5, α-lipoprotein β 6.8±÷5.5and ratio 1.1±0.2.
3) Paper-electrophoretic pattern of serum mucoprotein ;
Albumin 23.7±5.1%, α_(1)-globulin 21.5±4.0, α_(2)-globulin 22.113.7%. β-globulin 17.1±4.4% . and r-globulin 15.9±4.0%
